What we collect
IT RESERVES LLC collects only information you submit through a form on this website: your name, email address, phone number, company, job title, inquiry type, service of interest, anticipated start date, and the message you write. Career submissions may also include your city and state, preferred work arrangement, availability date, and LinkedIn profile.
Our server also records the IP address and browser user-agent of each submission. We use this to limit automated abuse.
What we do not collect
- We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
- We do not accept file uploads through this website.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, to evaluate a staffing or project requirement, and to consider your background against relevant opportunities if you joined the talent network. That is all.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are retained while a business relationship is being pursued or maintained, and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. Talent network submissions are retained until you ask us to remove them.
Your choices
Email pierre.aimable@itreserves.com to request a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within a reasonable period.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted to our mail server over an encrypted connection. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Children
This website is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, we will update this page.
